The Arumugum building is part of the latest additions to the college. It houses the Porter's Lodge on the ground floor, and seminar rooms on the first and second floors.

Each floor includes a balcony where refreshments can be served, and a large meeting room that can be divided into two with high quality, substantial room dividers. For ease of use the first floor is usually kept divided into two, and the second floor kept as one large room. It is however perfectly possible to change this arrangement to meet users' needs.
